Sunday Feb. 12 4-10pm with
The Waynebillies
and special guests... the most amazing romantic trio performing beautiful boleros
Billy Bright and Wayne “Chojo” Jacques first met at a festival in 2001, where Billy was appearing with “Peter Rowan’s Texas Trio”, and Chojo was appearing with the “Waybacks”. In 2007 they began performing as a duo, and after a year of performing at clubs, house concerts, and festivals, released their debut CD “Texacali Blues”.
Now joined on bass by Mike Morgan of Flounders Without Eyes , and on drums by Pat Manske of the Flatlanders.
The unnamed romantic trio sing tight harmonies, are exquisute musicians, performing traditional boleros for dancing, listening, romanticizing, and listening under the stars... the perfect setting for their impeccable music. It is an honor to have them at the Barn
